Yes, all Cherry Star orders are gift wrapped in acid free tissue. If you require the item to be gift wrapped just let us know and we would be happy to wrap the item for you. Please let us know if you require a gift tag.
Do you refund / return / exchange?
Please note that Cherry Star does not refund if you change your mind or choose the wrong size or gauge, but will happily refund or exchange for faulty items. Please check your sizing and ask questions if you are unsure before buying.
With jewellery items that go in or through the skin health regulations don't allow for exchange or refund except in the case of faulty goods. If something is faulty, either message Cherry Star or email email@example.com with a quick pic so that I can see what has gone wrong.
Clothing may be exchanged if you have made the wrong size or colour choice but the customer is responsible for all postage costs. *Please check your sizing carefully!* You may also need to wait until the next order is made if the item is not in stock. There are no refunds for incorrect size, colour or style choices - no exceptions.
To Hold an item – There are two ways to put an item on hold. The first and probably the easiest way is to simply email firstname.lastname@example.org to hold the item, use the contact area of the store page or via https://www.facebook.com/CherryStar and let me know what you want put aside. I will only hold TWO items for you at a time. You have ONE WEEK ONLY to order and pay for the items, the day after your final date the items go back on sale if not paid for.
Lay-by – Simply make a note of the items you want to put on lay-by and either message Cherry Star through the facebook page or shop or email email@example.com. There is a 25% deposit that I will invoice you for immediately once you have agreed to our terms and conditions, which will be sent to you via message or email. Items are to be paid off over a 4 week period. Please let me know when you are making or have made payments. The final and total payment is due on or before the last day of the lay-by period. If not paid by this time, items will be returned to stock and a $2 termination fee charged. This fee also applies to lay-bys cancelled by the customer. This covers our own costs and potential lost sales while your items have been put away. POSTAGE COSTS ARE NOT COVERED WITH LAY-BY COSTS!!! This will be an additional charge at the end of the lay-by.
If you run into trouble with payments etc please let me know! It's much better to know your money will be a day or two late rather than have the disappointment of your goodies being returned to stock :)
